Solution:
To view and report on geofence alerts in Ezitracker:
Click on Quickviews.
Click the plus sign next to 4 Reports.
Select 4.20 Geofence Alert Report.
Choose the From and To dates for the report.
Click Refresh to load the data.
Click Export to Excel to download the report as a spreadsheet.
Click on any geofence alert in the report to open a map showing:
The site location
The transaction location
Note: If geofence alerts are disabled, they will not trigger and will not appear in the report.
