Overview

A red line appears when scanning a QR code, preventing the user from signing in via the mobile app. If you are seeing this issue, this will need further investigation from support.


What to do next

Please contact support through the app, and provide the name of the affected user.

This issue is typically caused by a conflict in the user's mobile registration. To resolve it:

  1. Our support team will delete the user's mobile records.

  2. The user will need to re-download and re-register the Ezitracker app.

⚠️Important: During re-registration, the user must not change their PIN, as this can cause further complications.

Once re-registered correctly, the QR code scanner should function as expected.
