Overview
You may encounter the following error message when accessing Wage Details in Ezitracker:
An error occurred whilst attempting to load the leave data: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
OR
An error occurred whilst attempting to load the amendment data: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Why This Happens
This error typically occurs when a pay type or similar configuration has been deleted from your system, but is still referenced in the pay run you're trying to load.
What You Can Do
To resolve this issue:
Check if any pay types or related settings have been deleted since the last time this worked correctly.
