Step-by-Step guide
To fix an auto logout in EziClassic, follow these steps below:
Click on Quickviews.
Select 4.2 Attendance Report.
Choose the relevant Date Range.
From the Workcode filter dropdown, select Auto Logout.
Click Refresh.
Click on the Employee Name to open their timesheet.
Use the Week dropdown to locate the week with the auto logout entry.
Click Edit next to the auto logout record.
Enter the correct End Time and select the appropriate Logout Site from the dropdown.
Click Update to save the changes.
This will correct the auto logout entry and ensure accurate payroll reporting.
