Issue
You’re unable to amend hours in Wage Details for a particular payrun in Ezitracker.

Cause
This usually happens when the payrun has been locked.
How to Check if a Payrun Is Locked
Go to Payroll.
Open the dropdown menus for both Payrun and Week.
If the payrun/week does not appear in the dropdown, it has likely been locked.
Tick the Show All checkbox. If the payrun/week appears only when this box is checked, it confirms the payrun is locked.
What to Do Next
If the payrun was locked by mistake:
Contact your Payroll user to unlock it, or
Raise a support case to request assistance.
