How to import multiple sites
To import multiple sites, follow these steps below:
Click Tools, then select Import.
Choose Sites as the import type and click Export.
Depending on your browser, a message will appear—select Open.
The Excel spreadsheet will open.
Important: Delete Column A to avoid import errors.
Fill in the required details:
Manager Reference Code (A)
Status (B) – use "Active" or "Inactive"
Site Reference (C)
Site Name (D)
Save the file.
On the EziClassic page, click Choose File, select your saved file, and click Upload.
If no errors appear, click Import at the top of the page.
A table will display your import history.
Click Show next to the most recent entry.
Use the radio buttons to filter specific imports if needed.
Review the Results Page.
Ensure all entries under Status say OK to confirm successful import.
