If you want to create a mobile audit template in Ezitracker (EziClassic) that can be reused for future audits, this article can provide you with the information you need to make that happen.
How to create reusable mobile audit templates in EziClassic
To add a mobile audit template, follow these steps below:
Create the Template
Go to Templates.
Click Add.
Enter the audit name and any notes (optional).
Click Update.
Add Audit Questions
Click Maintain Items next to the audit you want to add questions to.
Click Add.
In the Text field, enter your question.
Choose the appropriate response setting (see below).
Select the group the question should be available to.
Click Update.
Repeat the steps above to add more questions. Once finished, click Exit.
Response Settings Explained
Optional: The employee can choose whether to answer.
Min and Max Score: Numeric range (e.g., 1–10) for rating questions.
Yes/No: Simple binary response.
Free Text: Open-ended response (limited to 50 characters).
RAG: Red, Amber, Green options—ideal for partial or uncertain responses.
Photo: Allows the employee to upload a photo.
Signature: Enables signature input directly on the device screen.
