Transcript:
Click on Navigator in Classic.
Click on Site details.
Enter in the start threshold for the alert in minutes.
Click Save.
Open EziPlanner.
Find the shift the alert is required for.
Click on the Alert tab.
Click on Upcoming Shift.
Click Save.
The alert will send an SMS to the phone number listed against the employee assigned to the shift within the start threshold set in the site details page
