Using Filters in Excel - Attendance Report

Learn how to apply filters in Excel to analyze your Ezitracker Attendance Report and identify specific issues quickly.

Once exported to Excel, you can apply filters to your report:

  1. Click the box between column A and row 1 to highlight the sheet.

  2. Go to the Home or Data tab and select Filter.

  3. Filters will appear at the top of each column.

Use these filters to isolate issues like autologouts, unknown numbers, or short shifts.
