Budgets and schedules are fundamentally two different aspects of Ezitracker. By inputting additional data, like a budget or a schedule, allows you to extract additional information, like a report. Recording a budget against a site, for example 20 hours per week, means the Actual vs Budget report will compare what you expect (your budget) against what’s been delivered (actual logged work). Other reports can also be utilised, and timesheets will display additional information. A schedule on the other hand allows you greater control of your remote workers. By having your employees planned work in Ezitracker (their schedule), allows you to set alerts up against various factors. There are 4 alerts you can set against your employees’ schedule. These are:
No Show: | An alert is triggered if the employee doesn’t log in by the start time |
No Go: | An alert is triggered if the employee doesn’t log out by the finish time |
No Work: | An alert is triggered if the employee doesn’t log in between the start and finish time |
Short Shift: | An alert is triggered if the employee logs out before the end time |
These alerts can be configured to be sent via email, SMS, or phone, and at different times of the day or different days of the week. For example, you may require alerts to be sent via email between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday, but then delivered by SMS out of office hours.
