Issue
You’re trying to generate an attendance report in Ezitracker, but the date range only goes back three months. If the date you need isn’t available in the standard dropdown, you’ll need to use a different reporting method.
Resolution
To access attendance data older than 3 months, follow these steps:
ClickQuickviews in the main menu.
SelectData Warehouse.
ClickSelect Report.
📝 Note: You must have the correct permissions to access archived reports. If you do, you’ll see multiple report options in the dropdown.
ChooseArchived Actual Visits from the dropdown.
ClickGo To Report.
Apply the filters you need (e.g., date range, location, employee).
ClickView Report to generate your results.
