Overview
Adding a new manager in Ezitracker is a task reserved for super users. If you are not a super user, please raise a new support case and our team will be happy to assist you.
Steps for Super Users
If you have super user access, follow these steps to add a new manager:
Log into Ezitracker.
Click on Company Maintenance.
Select Organisational Tree.
Expand the tree structure to locate the relevant Region.
Click Add Manager.
Manager Details Screen
Once you click Add Manager, you’ll be taken to the Manager Details screen where you can:
Enter the manager’s name.
Add phone numbers.
Provide an email address.
Note: The email address entered here will be used to receive system notifications and alerts.
