If you need to update a manager’s details in Ezitracker, such as their name, phone number, or email address, this article can provide you with the next steps.
Solution
Updating manager details can only be performed by Super Users.
If you are not a Super User, please contact support via the app, and our team will be happy to assist.
If you are a Super User, follow these steps:
Go to Company Maintenance.
Click Organisational Tree.
Expand the tree to locate the relevant Region or Manager.
Select the manager you wish to update.
This will open the Manager Details screen, where you can:
Edit the Manager’s Name
Update Phone Numbers
Change the Email Address
📌Note: The email address entered here will be used for notifications and alerts.
