Issue:

Solution:
Sync times between biometric units and the ATS can vary and may take a while to complete. This is normal and expected behavior.
To help ensure syncs run as efficiently as possible:
Keep the Biometric Unit Online
Make sure the device is powered on and connected to a stable internet connection.Avoid Interruptions
Do not restart or power off the biometric unit during a sync.Check Network Stability
A slow or unstable network can delay syncs. If possible, use a wired connection or ensure strong Wi-Fi signal.Allow Time for Processing
Syncs may take longer during peak usage times or when large volumes of data are being transferred.
