Issue:
A user is not receiving verification emails or SMS messages when attempting to register.
Solution:
If a user is not receiving verification messages, please check the following:
Verify Contact Details
Ensure the email address and mobile number entered during registration are correct. This is the most common cause of delivery issues.Check Spam or Junk Folders
Sometimes verification emails may be filtered into spam or junk folders. Ask the user to check these folders.Confirm SMS Delivery Settings
If the user is expecting a text message, ensure their mobile device is able to receive SMS from unknown or automated numbers.
If the issue persists after these checks, please raise a new support case so we can investigate further.
