Solution
To view all error calls in EziClassic, follow these steps:
Click the Quickviews tab.
Click the + icon next to 4. Reports.
Select 4.8 Error Calls Report.
Choose the required From Date and To Date.
Select the desired Export Format (e.g., PDF) to download the report.
This report provides a detailed view of all error calls within the selected date range.
