Solution
To create PIN cards, you can either watch the instructional video or follow the steps below:
Steps to Create PIN Cards
Go to the Quick Views tab.
Expand the 3 Lists dropdown by clicking the + sign, then select 3.3 PIN Cards.
Fill in the Line boxes as needed.
In Line 3, select a number from the dropdown.
If you're using the mobile app instead of telephony, you can leave this blank and remove "No to Dial".
Select Load All PINs.
Choose employees:
Click Select All to include all employees, or
Select individual employees from the list.
Click Create Cards.
The cards will load on the next page.
You can take a screenshot, use the snipping tool, or click Print Cards.
Print the cards:
On the next page, click the Print button next to the date selection.
This will open a print preview and connect to your printer.
