If you’re unable to see or select the Wage Exports option in the Payroll dropdown menu in Ezitracker, this article can provide you with the steps you need to help resolve this.
What causes this issue, and how do I resolve it?
This usually means your user profile does not have the Payroll Manager permission enabled.
To enable access to Wage Exports follow the steps below:
Go to Maintenance.
Select User Maintenance.
Choose the user who needs access.
Tick the Payroll Manager checkbox.
Save the changes.
📌Note: This action must be performed by someone with Super User permissions.
