Solution
Most reports in Ezitracker only allow access to data from the past 3 months. This is a system limitation.
If you need a report that includes data older than 3 months:
Please contact support via the app
In some cases, we may be able to restore a backup to retrieve the required data.
Be sure to include the report type and the date range you need when reaching out.
