Overview
If you’re trying to generate an attendance report in Ezitracker, but the date range only goes back three months. If the date you need isn’t available in the standard dropdown, you’ll need to use a different reporting method.
Resolution
To access attendance data older than 3 months, follow these steps below:
Click Quickviews in the main menu.
Select Data Warehouse.
Click Select Report.
📝 Note: You must have the correct permissions to access archived reports. If you do, you’ll see multiple report options in the dropdown.
Choose Archived Actual Visits from the dropdown.
Click Go To Report.
Apply the filters you need (e.g., date range, location, employee).
Click View Report to generate your results.
