How do I add a Scheduled Report in EziClassic?

Ezitracker allows you to schedule reports that are automatically sent to your email. This is useful for receiving regular updates without manually generating reports each time.

Steps to Create a Scheduled Report

For a step-by-step guide on how to create a scheduled report, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Section

    • Click the Tools tab.

    • Select Reports History.

    • Click on Scheduled Reports.

  2. Add a New Scheduled Report

    • Click Add.

    • From the Report Name dropdown, choose the report you want to schedule.

  3. Configure Report Settings
    Fill in the required fields:

    • Orientation: Choose how the report should be filtered.

    • Cut-off Method: Set to None.

    • Master Grouping Method: Set to Manager.

    • Export Format: Typically Excel.

    • Frequency: Choose how often the report should be sent (e.g., daily, weekly).

    • Transport Options: Set to Email.

    • Grouping Method: Select Employee.

    • Duration Format: Choose how time data is displayed.

    • Start Date: Select when the report should begin.

    • If the report should continue indefinitely, tick Has no end date.

  4. Set Email Recipients

    • By default, the report is sent to the manager’s email address.

    • You can override this by adding a different email address.

    • Optionally, add CC email addresses.

  5. Optional: Extended Options

    • Enable Don’t generate blank reports to only receive reports that contain data.
