Open the Ezitracker app
Enter in your PIN
Tap Ok
Swipe across to the message tab
There are two categories for messages, General and Schedule
Unread messages appear in bold
Tap on a message to open it
Tap on acknowledge in a schedule message to alert the system
To reply to a general message, enter in your message in the text box, then tap on reply
To send a new message, tap on the three lines in the bottom left corner
Tap message
Enter in your message
Tap Send
Your message will appear under the General heading
To check for new messages, tap on the three lines in the bottom left corner
Tap on Sync now
