Overview
An employee has logged in and out using the Ezitracker mobile app, but their timesheet is not updating with the transactions.
Cause of the issue
This issue is most commonly caused by the mobile device not having an active data connection, preventing the app from sending login/logout transactions to Ezitracker.
β Step-by-Step: Sync the App
Please ask the employee to follow the steps below:
Ensure connectivity:
Enter a Wi-Fi area, or
Confirm they have sufficient mobile data and signal.
Open the Ezitracker app.
Tap the three-bar icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Select Refresh.
This will force a sync and should send any stored transactions to the server, allowing them to appear on the timesheet.
π Double-Check Transactions
You can also use the Timesheets section within the app to verify:
Whether the login/logout transactions are stored on the device.
That the employee has logged in and out correctly.
