Does Ezitracker directly notify me if location services are disabled?

Ezitracker does not directly notify you if location services are disabled, but you can check this using the MobileLocationCheck report in QuickViews.


Step-by-Step: Check Location Services Status

  1. Go to QuickViews.

  2. Select QuickViews 7 (Data Warehouse).

  3. From the dropdown, choose MobileLocationCheck.


How to Interpret the Report

  • If geofence data appears for each entry, the employee's location services are enabled.

  • If geofence data is missing, it’s likely that location services are disabled on the employee’s device.
