If there are any new messages, there will be a notification at the top right of the page. Click on this
Click on the plus next to the new message to see the details
To reply click on the envelope with the purple arrow
Enter in the reply
Click Send
To delete a read message, click on the envelope with the red line
To see deleted messages, click on show deleted
