Analyzing Transaction Errors with Callflow - Attendance Report

Use the callflow feature to investigate failed login/logout attempts and understand error codes.

If a login attempt fails, it appears as a red line on the timesheet. To investigate:

  1. Look for the Error Code column

  2. Click the error number to view the description

  3. Click the call time to open the Callflow

The callflow shows each step of the call, including prompts and user responses.

  • 35 – Hung up before completing login

  • 32 – Invalid PIN
