If a login attempt fails, it appears as a red line on the timesheet. To investigate:
Look for the Error Code column
Click the error number to view the description
Click the call time to open the Callflow
The callflow shows each step of the call, including prompts and user responses.

35 β Hung up before completing login
32 β Invalid PIN
