Unknown numbers may result from:
New or changed site numbers
Incorrect or missing entries
Restricted/withheld numbers
How to resolve this
To resolve:
Call the number to verify
Update the site’s phone number in Ezitracker Site Details or your connected 3rd party system
If the number is restricted then a 3 or 4 digit Site code will be needed
