How to update unknown numbers in Ezitracker Standalone
To resolve unknown numbers in standalone Ezitracker, follow the steps below:
Copy the unknown number from the report
Go to the site’s Details page
Paste the number into the Enter phone no/site code field
Click Add, then Save
✅ This will resolve the unknown number and update the site’s record.
