How to update unknown numbers via a 3rd party system for the Attendance Report
To update unknown numbers via a 3rd party system, follow the steps below:
Update the number in your HR/scheduling system.
Ezitracker will sync via RTI.
To update history, go to the site details page:
Delete the old number.
Enter the new number (without leading zero).
Click Add, then Save.
