How to add multiple employees to a single site

To schedule multiple employees at one site in EziPlanner, follow these steps below:

  1. Open EziPlanner from the hub page.

  2. Select the site from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Add Shift.

  4. Enter a Shift Reference.

  5. Select the Shift Date.

  6. Choose the Start Time and End Time.

  7. Select the Employee from the dropdown.

  8. Click Recurring.

  9. Choose the day(s) of the week the shift should occur.

  10. Click Apply to Date Range.

  11. Enter the Start Date and End Date.

  12. Click Save.

  13. Repeat these steps for each additional employee.

This process allows you to assign multiple employees to the same site with recurring shifts.
