You want to confirm whether an employee has location services enabled on their mobile device when using Ezitracker to log in and out.
Solution
Ezitracker does not directly notify you if location services are disabled, but you can check this using the MobileLocationCheck report in QuickViews.
✅ Step-by-Step: Check Location Services Status
Go to QuickViews.
Select QuickViews 7 (Data Warehouse).
From the dropdown, choose MobileLocationCheck.
🔍 How to Interpret the Report
If geofence data appears for each entry, the employee's location services are enabled.
If geofence data is missing, it’s likely that location services are disabled on the employee’s device.
