Overview
You’re unable to register your new mobile device with the Ezitracker app. The app may freeze or fail to complete the registration process.
The cause of the issue
This issue is usually caused by your previous device still being linked to your Ezitracker account.
Ezitracker only allows one device per user account at a time.
What to do next
Check the employee details to see if the user is inactive.
Also it is important that you also remove old traces on Ezitracker. Please follow the steps below.
You need to remove all trace of the employee's mobile links in EziClassic.
• Go to Employee details
• Click mobile settings
• Click unlink
• (If create button visible click Create and save. Can appear with new added users)
• Go to Tools/Smartphones
• Search for employee both by name and employee number
• Delete
• Then ask employee to reregister
Once confirmed, uninstall and reinstall the Ezitracker app on your new phone.
Open the app and begin the registration process again.
How do I permanently delete an app from my iPhone settings?
From Settings
1. Launch 'Settings' app on your iPhone.
2. Next, scroll down a bit and tap on 'General'
3. From here, select 'iPhone Storage'
4. A list of all your installed applications will appear. Simply tap or swipe left on the one you wish to delete.
5. Now hit the 'Delete App' option and the app will be uninstalled.
How to delete apps on Android.
Open the Google Play Store app .
At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
Tap Manage apps and devices. Manage.
Select the name of the app that you'd like to delete.
Tap Uninstall.
