Can't register for the app on a new device

For help if you have a new phone, and can't register for the app. The app freezes when I try to register my new device.

Overview

Youโ€™re unable to register your new mobile device with the Ezitracker app. The app may freeze or fail to complete the registration process.


The cause of the issue

This issue is usually caused by your previous device still being linked to your Ezitracker account.
Ezitracker only allows one device per user account at a time.


What to do next

  1. Check the employee details to see if the user is inactive.

  2. Raise a new support case via the Help Portal.

  3. Our team will unlink your old device from your account.

  4. Once confirmed, uninstall and reinstall the Ezitracker app on your new phone.

  5. Open the app and begin the registration process again.
