If a site is missing from the Planner, preventing you from adding or managing shifts, this article can provide you with the steps you need to help resolve this issue.
How to reactivate a site
A site will not appear in EziPlanner if it has been marked as inactive. To check and reactivate the site, follow the steps below:
Log in to Ezitracker Monitor.
Go to Site Details.
Check the box labelled Is Active.
Once the site is marked as active, it should appear in Planner.
Still not showing?
If the site is active and still not visible in Planner, please contact support via the app and include the site name and region for faster resolution.
