If you find that alerts are not firing as expected for sites, employees, or managers, this article can provide you with steps on what to do next.


How to solve the issue of alerts not triggering

If alerts aren’t triggering, please check the following settings:

  1. Alert Suppression Settings
    Ensure alerts are not suppressed or disabled at:

    • Site level (check in Site Details)

    • Employee level (check in Employee Details)

    • Manager level (check in Company Maintenance)

  2. Manager Alert Overrides
    In Company Maintenance, check if alert overrides are set for the manager.
    If enabled, alerts will only be sent to the override email address.
