Solution
If an employee can open the Scan Configuration QR Code / Set Up page in the EziMobile app but the QR code doesn’t scan, it’s usually due to the app not having permission to access the device’s camera.
This typically happens if camera access was not granted when the app was first downloaded.
How to Fix It:
Uninstall the EziMobile app from the device.
Reinstall the app from the app store.
When prompted, allow camera access during setup.
Once camera access is granted, the QR code should scan successfully.
