Ezitracker: User Cannot Scan QR Code to Sign In Due to a Red Line

Description: Employees can't sign in using the QR code scanner due to a red line.

Environment:
Ezitracker mobile app

Issue:
A red line appears when scanning a QR code, preventing the user from signing in via the mobile app.

Solution:

If you're experiencing this issue, please raise a support case with the name of the affected user.

This issue is typically caused by a conflict in the user's mobile registration. To resolve it:

  1. Our support team will delete the user's mobile records.

  2. The user will need to re-download and re-register the Ezitracker app.

Important:
During re-registration, the user must not change their PIN, as this can cause further complications.

Once re-registered correctly, the QR code scanner should function as expected.
