Issue
When trying to register for the Ezitracker mobile app, users receive a "Failed to register" error message.
Solution
This error usually occurs when required user details are missing or incorrectly entered.
Please check the following:
Employee Details
Ensure the date of birth is entered.
Ensure the mobile number is present and formatted correctly: it must begin with +447.
Registration Input
Confirm the user is entering the correct:
Ezitracker Account Number
Employee Number
Date of Birth
If the device needs unlinking, once support has done this, then they may advise that the Employee needs to re-register.
