Ezitracker mobile app
Issue:
An employee is trying to register with your company but is already using the app with another organisation.
Solution:
Each mobile device can only be associated with one company account in Ezitracker at a time.
If an employee is already registered with another company using Ezitracker, they will not be able to register with your company unless:
Their existing record is deleted by the other company.
They use a different mobile device to register with your company.
If you're unsure whether the employee is already registered elsewhere, please ask them to confirm with the other organisation or raise a support case for further assistance.

A mobile app upgrade is planned for later this year that will allow employees to be registered with multiple companies. Keep an eye out for announcements about this exciting development!
