If a re-hired employee is having trouble registering for the EziMobile app, it may be due to a PIN conflict in their profile.
What to Do
Go to the employee's details page in Ezitracker.
Manually update or change the PIN assigned to the employee.
Save the changes and try registering the employee again on the app.
