This usually happens when the payrun has been locked.
How to check whether a Payrun is Locked
How to Check if a Payrun Is Locked, follow the steps below:
Go to Payroll.
Open the dropdown menus for both Payrun and Week.
If the payrun/week does not appear in the dropdown, it has likely been locked.
Tick the Show All checkbox. If the payrun/week appears only when this box is checked, it confirms the payrun is locked.
What to Do Next
If the payrun was locked by mistake, contact your Payroll user to unlock it.
