Tap on the ez tracker app to open it.

In the PIN box to enter in your PIN.

Tap OK.

Tap on login.

If a survey is mandatory, it will not let you log out of the site until you have completed it

Tap on log out.

Tap on start survey - NOTE: this item requires you to take a photo

Tap on manage photos

Tap on take

Tap a snap to take the photo.

This will not be saved to your phone.

Tap Save.

Tap Finish to save your photos.

When taking a photo, text must be entered.

Tap in the text box.

Use the Back button to close the keyboard.

Tap Next to move to the next item.

Select the appropriate response.

Tap Next to move to the next item.

Select the appropriate response.

Tap Next to move to the next item.

Select the appropriate response, and if required, enter in text, tap next to move to the next item.

Select the appropriate response.

Tap Next to move to the next item.

Select the appropriate response.

Tap Finish to save all answers.

You will now be logged out.
