You may notice unusually long shift durations appearing on an employee's timesheet. This is often caused by the AutoLogout feature not triggering as expected. This article can provide you with the steps you need in order to resolve this.
Resolution Steps
In order to resolve this, please follow the steps below:
Check the App Version
Ensure the employee is using the latest version of the Ezitracker app. An outdated app may prevent AutoLogout from functioning correctly.Manually Edit the Timesheet
If AutoLogout fails, you can manually adjust the transaction to reflect the actual shift duration in the employee’s timesheet.Contact support
If the app is up to date and the issue persists after updating, please contact support via the app. Include:Employee name
Date of the affected shift
This will help our support team investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
