Issue
A site is missing from the Planner, preventing you from adding or managing shifts.
Solution
A site will not appear in EziPlanner if it has been marked as inactive. To check and reactivate the site:
Steps to reactivate a site:
Log in to Ezitracker Monitor.
Go to Site Details.
Check the box labeled Is Active.
Once the site is marked as active, it should appear in Planner.
Still not showing?
If the site is active and still not visible in Planner:
Please raise a new support case via the Help Portal.
