Ezitracker: How to view alerts in QuickViews

Solution

To view alerts for missed logins in QuickViews, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Ezitracker and select the Manager you want to view alerts for from the manager dropdown.

  2. Click Navigator, then select QuickViews.


To view alerts for all managers:

  1. Click the + symbol next to 1 Live Logging, then select 1.7 Actual vs Site Schedule Report.

  2. Choose the date you want to view alerts for. Today's date is selected by default.

  3. Tick Show All Managers to include all manager data.

  4. Tick Exclude Matching Records to hide clients where an employee login has occurred.

  5. Click Refresh Report.


Understanding the results:

  • A list of clients with no login activity will be displayed.

  • Records with a bell icon in the Alerts History column indicate that alerts (email or SMS) have been sent to the manager.

  • These alerts notify managers that no employee activity has occurred at the scheduled time.
