Ezitracker: Alerts Aren’t Triggering

Description: Why are alerts not triggering?

Environment:
Ezitracker web application

Issue:
Alerts are not firing as expected for sites, employees, or managers.

Solution:

If alerts aren’t triggering, please check the following settings:

  1. Alert Suppression Settings
    Ensure alerts are not suppressed or disabled at:

    • Site level (check in Site Details)

    • Employee level (check in Employee Details)

    • Manager level (check in Company Maintenance)

  2. Manager Alert Overrides
    In Company Maintenance, check if alert overrides are set for the manager.
    If enabled, alerts will only be sent to the override email address.

If all settings appear correct and alerts are still not triggering, please raise a support case so we can investigate further.
