Issue
Your Actual vs. Scheduled report is showing no data, even though employees have logged in and out.
Solution
This issue is usually caused by missing or incorrectly configured schedules. If no schedules are set up, Ezitracker has nothing to match transactions against, resulting in a blank report.
What to check:
Confirm that schedules are correctly set up for the relevant sites and employees.
Use QuickViews 1.5 to review schedule matching and ensure everything is aligned.
Additional Notes
Mobile transactions may be delayed if the employee’s device hasn’t synced due to poor connectivity.
Ezitracker does not push data to third-party systems. Instead, your system pulls the data from Ezitracker.
