Issue
You want to suppress alerts for a shift or a range of dates in Ezitracker (EziPlanner).

Solution
To suppress alerts, follow these steps:
Find the shift you want to suppress alerts for.
Click Apply to Date Range.
Select the start and end dates for which alerts should be suppressed.
Click the Alert tab.
Untick the alerts you want to suppress.
Click Save.
This will prevent the selected alerts from triggering during the specified date range.
