Add a Site to a Set Manager

Description: Select the correct Set Manager, enter site details, and save to add a new site.

Steps to Add a Site:

  1. Select the Set Manager
    From the dropdown menu, choose the appropriate Set Manager for the site.

  2. Click “Add Site”
    This opens the site entry form.

  3. Enter Site Details
    Fill in the following fields:

    • Site Reference: A unique identifier for the site.

    • Site Name: The name of the site.

    • Phone Number: Enter in international format. For New Zealand, use 64 followed by the area code (without the leading 0) and the phone number.

    Example:
    If the local number is 09 123 4567, enter 6491234567.

  4. Click “Add”
    This adds the site to the Set Manager.

  5. Click “Save”
    Finalize the changes to ensure the site is saved.
