Solution:
To manually add a timesheet transaction for an employee:
Select the Employee
Use the dropdown menu to select the employee.
Click “Add”
This opens the transaction entry form.
Enter Transaction Details
Select the day from the dropdown.
Enter the Login time and Logout time.
Enter the Login Site name and Logout Site name.
Click Update to save the transaction.
Verify the Entry
The transaction will appear with the code IO and a person icon, indicating it was added manually.
