Issue:
A scheduled report was not received. The error message indicates:
Failure sending mail:
ExcelRenderingExtension: Value of cell at row 4, column 0 exceeds the maximum length for a string of 32,767 characters.
Mail will not be resent.
Solution:
This issue occurs when a cell in the report contains more data than Excel allows (over 32,767 characters), causing the email delivery to fail.
To resolve this:
Raise a support Case
Please contact support with:The name of the report
The usual time of receipt
Any other relevant details
